Forsthaus Raschwitz 40 apartments in two buildings

1997, Markkleeberg.
Two residential buildings in a beautiful Wilhelminian 19th century suburb of Leipzig. The scale, proportions and outline of the filigree surrounding gave us the motives. We combined small one and two room apartments, large four room flats with roof terraces with the common central staircase to create a communicative mixture of dwellers from elderly persons to families or also handicapped persons at the barrier free first floor.
Client: Möckl - Reich GbR Munich, phase 1 - 4; Real estate Mengler Darmstadt / Leipzig, phase 5.
